How to Withdraw Crypto From GroveX
Withdraw crypto safely by selecting the exact destination network, verifying the address and completing GroveX security and withdrawal checks.
Before withdrawing
Confirm that the receiving wallet or exchange supports both the asset and the exact blockchain network you plan to select on GroveX.
Do not choose a network based only on the token symbol or the lowest fee.
Withdrawal steps
- Sign in to GroveX.
- Open Wallet and select Withdraw.
- Select the asset you want to withdraw.
- Enter or select the destination wallet address.
- Select the blockchain network supported by the destination.
- If the destination requires a memo, tag or other identifier, enter it exactly.
- Enter the withdrawal amount.
- Review the network fee, amount to be received and all destination details.
- Complete the required GroveX security verification.
- Submit the withdrawal.
The destination network must match
The network selected on GroveX must be supported by the receiving address or exchange.
Example: if you withdraw USDT using TRC20, the destination must be able to receive USDT on TRC20. Do not send it to an address or deposit route that only supports ERC20, BEP20 or another network.
Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. An incorrect address or incompatible network can result in permanent loss.
Manual review and non-KYC withdrawals
Eligible non-KYC crypto withdrawals are manually reviewed by GroveX and may take up to 24 hours.
A manual review is part of GroveX security and risk controls. Additional verification, including KYC or supporting information, can still be requested when required for security, compliance or risk review.
After the withdrawal is broadcast
Once a withdrawal has been approved and broadcast to the blockchain, a TXID may become available. The receiving wallet or exchange may also require its own confirmation threshold before showing the funds as available.
Blockchain confirmation times are outside GroveX's direct control.
Before you confirm
Check:
- asset;
- destination address;
- exact network;
- memo or tag if required;
- withdrawal amount;
- network fee.
For a new destination, consider a small test withdrawal first.
