1. Purpose
This page forms part of the applicable GroveX Terms. It identifies jurisdiction restrictions that apply to current GroveX services and explains that individual products may have additional restrictions.
2. United States
Current GroveX exchange services are not offered to U.S. Persons or to persons located in, resident in, or ordinarily resident in the United States of America or its territories.
3. Australia
Current GroveX exchange services are not offered to persons located in, resident in, or ordinarily resident in Australia.
4. Sanctions and Other Restricted Locations
GroveX does not offer a Service in any jurisdiction where providing that Service would be unlawful, prohibited by applicable sanctions, or would require a registration, licence, authorisation, approval, or other permission that GroveX does not hold.
GroveX may also restrict countries, territories, counterparties, wallet addresses, or account activity based on sanctions exposure, AML/CTF risk, fraud risk, security risk, regulatory risk, or other legitimate risk-management considerations.
5. Product-Specific Restrictions
Availability can differ by product. Futures, perpetuals, derivatives, margin, leverage, lending, Earn, staking, yield, or other advanced products may be unavailable even where spot trading is otherwise available. A product is available only if GroveX expressly makes it available to the relevant User under applicable product-specific terms and the User satisfies all eligibility, jurisdiction, verification, and legal requirements.
A menu item, preview, indicative rate, announcement, or "coming soon" page does not by itself mean that a product is available or authorised in your jurisdiction.
6. No Circumvention
You must not use a VPN, proxy, false information, multiple accounts, third-party identity, or other method to bypass jurisdiction, sanctions, verification, or security controls.
7. Travel and Change of Status
If your location, residence, nationality, legal status, or other relevant circumstances change, access to some or all Services may be restricted. GroveX may request verification or additional information and may place an Account into restricted or withdrawal-only status where reasonably necessary for compliance, security, or risk management.
8. Updates
Restrictions may change as laws, regulations, sanctions, product availability, and GroveX risk controls evolve. Users are responsible for checking this page and the applicable product terms before using a Service.
